What to Do When Your Diet Fails – It’s Not Your Fault Says Dr McGraw

Do you ever wonder why it is that you go on a diet and do very well, but then once you get use to it and slack off even a little bit, you gain all the weight back? No one wants to look fat or lose their energy and ability to have fun. As younger folks we seemed to have unlimited energy, could eat anything and gain very little, but as we age the game changes on us. That’s just not right, it’s not fair, nevertheless it is a reality.
What do you really want in a diet? Well, you want one that works for starters and you probably want to be the biggest loser at work too. Who can blame you, if you want to lose weight you need a plan and strategy, in fact you need the ultimate solution. Would it be too over the top to recommend a very good book on dieting to you? One, which really goes into detail on how you can develop a diet plan that is good for you, you personally? If so, here is the diet book I recommend:
“The Ultimate Weight Loss Solution; The Seven Keys to Weight Loss Freedom” by Dr. Phil McGraw, 2003
The $26.00 hard copy price for this book is well worthy of the purchase in my opinion. Dr. Phil McGraw talks about our natural weight and our genetic component first off. Not everyone is setup to be a runway model and you certainly do not want to starve yourself. The doctor’s plan is a strategy, not just a how to list of what you must eat to lose weight. He discussed the entire game, component by component. The book is straight forward, makes sense and apropos to your need to lose weight and look your best. Please consider all this.
